Return and Exchange Policy

At Steezy, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 10 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from www.Steezy.fr.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info.steezbrand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer free exchanges for eligible items within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the same return conditions (unused, with tags, etc.).

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact us at info.steezybrand@gmail.com with your order number and exchange request (size, color, etc.).
  2. We will confirm the availability of the new item and send instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will ship the new item to you. Exchange shipping is free for the first exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at info.steezbrand@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage/defect, and we will arrange a replacement or refund, along with free return shipping for the defective item.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons, unless unopened in original packaging)

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
